Support—Headquarters—Cell Phone

Cell Phone providers that offer discounts to World Bank Group staff are:  AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.

AT&T

Offers 15% of staff member's monthly bill. To obtain a discount staff needs to show proof that you are employed by the World Bank Group.  Staff can show copy of your official World Bank ID/copy of your Verification Letter of Employment (staff can obtain the latter through MyHR website, Compensation section, Employment Verification Letter), and a picture ID (national passport or Driver’s License).  Staff can go to any AT&T offices to get your new cell phone.

T-Mobile

Offers 18% of staff member's monthly bill. To obtain a discount staff needs to show proof that you are employed by the World Bank Group, (follow same identification guidelines as shown for AT&T).  Staff can go to any T-Mobile offices to get your new cell phone.

Verizon

Offers 15% of staff member's monthly bill. To obtain a discount staff needs to show proof that you are employed by the World Bank Group, (follow same identification guidelines as shown for AT&T). Staff can go to any Verizon offices to get your new cell phone.
