Message from the group leader, Caroline Beloe:
2025 will mark six years since the beginning of the WBFN Mindfulness Practice Group.Teaching and connecting with each of you has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Your dedication and openness inspire me every day, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share this meaningful journey with you all.
Together, we co-create a safe and welcoming space to quiet the mind, listen to the heart, and connect with one another. During our weekly meetings, we’ll practice mindfulness meditation and explore strategies for coping with stress and anxiety through compassion and loving-kindness.
