Nagat Dawaji moved to the US in 2003 and soon began volunteering at the World Bank Family Network (WBFN). Within a year, she secured a temporary position in HR, coordinating the new staff onboarding program. Since then, she has held various roles both within and outside the World Bank Group (WBG) HR.
In this session, Nagat will share her experiences navigating the World Bank and, in her current role as a WB Recruiter, she will discuss the diverse job opportunities available at the WBG and provide valuable insights on how to start a career at the World Bank Group.
