Heart disease is the leading cause of death among women worldwide, yet misconceptions about heart health persist, contributing to this alarming statistic. Contrary to the outdated belief that heart disease is a "man's disease," women are uniquely affected by heart conditions. Join us for an enlightening presentation that explores the unique characteristics of women's hearts and the specific risks they face. This session will cover the fundamentals of heart disease in women and provide valuable insights to increase knowledge and awareness of the risks women face in developing heart disease.
